How Our Network Works

Talk to a local provider

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent tree provider in our network. Not to Guaranteethread Tree Service staff on a job site, and not to a crew we employ. We do not employ crews. The provider is a separate local business. It answers for its own work, its own pricing and its own schedule.

What Happens on the Call

The conversation is short and practical. Expect questions about:

  • The tree: size, species if known, and where it stands
  • The house: roof type, age, and any past repairs
  • Hazards: power lines, fences, pools, slabs and drain lines
  • Access: gates, driveways and tight spots for equipment
  • Timing: is the tree stable, or has it already fallen or split?

Then the provider may set a visit to look at the site. Many providers can respond quickly to storm damage. Availability varies, so ask.

What to Ask a Provider

A few questions protect your home and your budget:

  • Can I see proof of insurance and any required license?
  • How will you protect the roof and landscaping?
  • Is stump grinding included in the quote, or separate?
  • Does the price cover hauling and cleanup?
  • What happens if the job turns up a surprise, such as rot or a hidden line?

Get the answers in a written quote. For context, typical U.S. tree removal costs range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand, depending on size, access and risk. Your quote may differ.

You Are in Control

Requesting an estimate carries no obligation. You can compare quotes, ask follow-up questions or walk away. The provider cannot start work without your approval. Quote before work.
